Database Selection
Candidates register with us through various channels such as legal publications, our own website, personal recommendation, word of mouth, e-media etc.

With over 20 years legal recruitment experience, and our state of the art database, we aim to introduce candidates whose skills and experience match your requirements.

We only send out a candidate’s CV with their express permission, so you can rest assured that any CV you receive from us, has been authorised to be sent by the applicant concerned.

Search & Selection
Sometimes certain vacancies are harder to fill than others and need a more proactive approach. With this in mind we are able to undertake search assignments where we will discuss your needs in detail and approach specific candidates on your behalf. It goes without saying that we do not approach individuals who are working for existing clients.

We are also able to target key individuals within firms that may be able to bring a team with them.

Advertising
We advertise regularly in legal publications, and in particular the Law Society’s Gazette. In an independent survey commissioned at the end of 2005, 72% of the profession thought the LSG "the publication considered the best for legal vacancies" compared to 9% for The Lawyer and 3% for Legal Week. Any advertisement placed would of course need to have the wording and format approved by yourselves, and any candidates who respond would be exclusively "owned" by your practice until you decide that you are no longer interested in their application.
